Mr. George Paterakis is a dynamic and results-oriented Senior
Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset and an international profile. With a
vast experience working as a senior executive in Europe’s largest corporations
and a proven track record, he has consistently achieved success in driving the
growth, profitability, and performance for multinational companies worldwide.
Mr. Paterakis possesses expertise in identifying new business opportunities,
managing P&L operations, executing successful mergers and acquisitions, and
developing strategies for multinational enterprises to expand their market
presence.
As the President and CEO of MCI Consulting AG, he founded and owns the
consulting firm, providing exceptional services to international clients. By
developing and executing strategic plans with a focus on the Greek market, he
consistently exceeds clients’ expectations. His client portfolio includes
renowned companies such as WMP Eurocom AG, RWE, ZECH Group, CNC Communications,
TUI AG, METRO Group, ThyssenKrupp, AIRBUS Group, MTU Aero Engines AG, and many
others.
Throughout his career, Mr. Paterakis has achieved notable accomplishments,
including securing new orders for Greek Shipyards valued at €500 million and
actively participating in the privatization process of state-owned companies in
the defense, aerospace and energy sectors. Under his leadership, Airbus Hellas
experienced double-digit revenue growth and strong profitability within the
first two years of its establishment. He has also successfully coordinated
"large-scale" programs in the field of renewable energy in Greece and abroad by
leading a team of highly trained experts.
Mr. Paterakis holds a diploma in Aerospace Engineering and has completed studies
in Industrial Engineering at Technische Universität Munich. He also pursued
flight training at the Flight Training Center in Bremen and Arizona, USA. With
fluency in German and proficiency in English, he effectively communicates with
diverse stakeholders. Mr. George Paterakis is recognized as an effective team
manager, motivator, and strategist, continually driving growth and profitability
in the consulting industry.
